Excellent emergency repair after regular hours and a fine, well mannered young technician. My generator failed to start during this recent power failure and Nando Flores responded quickly to this emergency as power is required for the equipment used for my breathing issues. Air & Energy and Nando Flores were life savers!

We had a future appointment for semi-annual service but had developed a massive water leak due to a clogged drain line. I called to see if we could have sooner service and was graciously granted next day service. Manuel was, as usual, very knowledgeable and friendly. He drained gallons of water from the drain pan, unclogged the drain line, and even replaced a refrigerant sensor. Even though the water damage will require further expensive air handler repair he was consoling and informative about the next steps. Much better service than my previous A/C contractor.
