If you want the best, you pay for the best. What if the best pays for themselves? I usually do my taxes online and for years have missed out on my full refund. I had an especially tricky year with the sale of a home and gave up after trying two online tax sites. Not only are these guys and gals super friendly, patient, and professional, but my correct refund less AAA's fee was *still more* than my estimated refund when I was spinning my wheels at one of those do-it-yourself tax sites. They even quoted me on amending previous returns that I missed my full refund on by going it alone and I'm seriously considering it. Going to the professionals from here on out.
