They were great to my puppy and I. She got all her shots and we were in and out. The plans are reasonable and what is great is that there is a Banfield practically in everywhere. The doctor was friendly and explained her treatment. The nurse and front staff were attentive. I was very happy. Don't have name for my blue eye miniature schnauzer suggestions appreciated. It's either Snow or Winter.

The vet & assistant kept trying to get me to buy their wellness plan & DNA test multiple times. They said puppy vaccines cost $500-600 so I will "save with the plan". Went to VIP at pet supermarket & just paid $88 of the last set of vaccines. I brought up my puppy's soft poop & crying while scratching her ear. The vet & the assistant didn't check her ears or say what it might be. They heard me because it's in the records. I mentioned it to another vet, she checked the ears and deep in there was black gunk from an infection! She said the soft poop could be parasites so we did a fecal test (which was half the price of banfield).... read full review

After weeks of watching my dog suffer and struggle. My family and I took her to Banfield to end her suffering. Let me tell you what a painful process we went through battling with our desires to keep her, and her lack of quality of life. I was introduced to Dr Gilbert at Boynton Beach, who with a 5 minute meeting with my dog decided every emotional struggle we went through was nonimportant. She based her 5-minute summation to "TRY MORE MEDS" I guess the pharmaceutical company is paying her well. I didn't want to try more meds to watch my dog peak and valley to arrive at the same place in 1 week. I was frustrated, with this doctor's lack of sensitivity... read full review
