We had a good expereince. Rustam came on time and diagnosed the leak in our dishwasher. He was friendly and focused on the problem, which he explained to us in detail. A part was ordered and he returned to replace it. DW works great now! Only one small complaint - on Saturday, he said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday but on Tuesday the scheduler called and said Rustam would be back on Thursday, which he was. I think it was in issue with dispatch, not the tech.

very helpful, showed up next day as scheduled on time - however , very expensive for a draining pump replacement. highly recommend shopping around prior. only been a week, so far so good - 90 day warranty.
