I would like to thank Francine for how she handled a situation that needed immediate attention with our HOA account. Francine, came through with a Cape on like superwoman ?‍♀️. She's professional, understanding & courteous. These are all qualities that are expected of an employee involved with business transactions, money, accounting, paperwork, phone calls & emails. This was our first encounter with Victory Accounting Services. Our property management company failed to accurately prepare and provide our financial reports.
The owner finally recognized that he had a serious accounting nightmare and hired Victory for a few of his properties.
Vicki, the owner of Victory, worked tirelessly along with her team and after a diligent and meticulous investigation produced corrected financials.
