“I had a not so great experience here today after years of coming here with no problem. It wasn’t the establishment’s fault as their air conditioning stopped working. I drove from Delray at 830 and went to get them at 130. They weren’t ready so I had to drive back home to Delray to wait. I was extremely upset as I had a lot of errands to do and it consumed my whole day. At the end of the day, the owner and the lady who checked the dogs in were extremely apologetic and my dogs look beautiful. ❤I appreciate their understanding of how upsetting this was and they did try to remedy the situation😉😊🌴”

“We started coming to fidelity ten years ago with my son’s dog and she needed emergency surgery and Dr Fidel and staff worked with me and saved our dog. Now we have Heidi and they have been great with her anxiety and her care. As for the hours when we had a problem he would call us back immediately and would even offer to come in for Heidi but wasn’t needed after all. We don’t live close to fidelity but I will never change her doctor and he will be with us to Heidi’s last breath.”
