We went with IMPACT Home Inspections and could not have been happier with selecting them. Gabe did the inspection and by far exceeded my expectations. He was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about every aspect. There wasn't an inch of the home that he didn't look at. The Inspection report was emailed that same day and extremely detailed....absolutely amazing service from the best inspector I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend using IMPACT for your home inspection and having the confidence that nothing will be overlooked. I recently had a house inspection done and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The team was truly professional from start to finish, and I was able to schedule the inspection from one day to the next, which was incredibly convenient.
The inspectors were efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We had the absolute best experience with Luis Aguirre from Impact Home Inspection. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Luis spent nearly six hours at our home, carefully inspecting every detail and making sure nothing was overlooked.
