I never thought I would enjoy the infrared heat, but I LOVE Hotworx. The whole concept is very easy and accommodating . The staff is super helpful, I wish you had a location in Key West!
Such a pleasant experience here. The staff are so accommodating and personable. I’ve also seen a significant change in my body with the work outs provided and it perfectly fits my needs with that one on one feel I get from the experience
The staff was very friendly/helpful getting started. The facility was spacious and clean. There are 6-8 saunas with classes going on, non-stop. Some saunas have rowers or bikes in them. There is a weight station in the back. I live out of town but did the free class online and it was really a fun experience.
