“Thank you Matt for making be feel so comfortable and greatly relieving my self consciousness about my alfalfa wisps growing in after hair loss. You, the staff, everyone I encountered, and the owner especially were exceptionally warm welcoming and the environment is unmatched. I’m so glad timing allowed me to get in today for ann appointment. Next time we’ll have to do a some video clips and/or photos to show off your work. After some rough roads today was the first time I had a real smile, in a long time, and felt like I could be myself. The welcome samples were such a nice touch along with the sparkling water and espresso (it’s the little things that make someone feel special). Y’all truly have such a good atmosphere and I’m so glad to have been paired with Matt by happenstance- I couldn’t be happier with my color and cut (I came in looking like a ragamuffin with grays flying all over growing in after some hair loss, dead ends and honestly just let go of caring). I’ve been to many salons and never have I experienced such authenticity and care. Not to mention everyone there is beautiful and handsome (on the outside, and the inside as well from how wonderful I was treated)! I truly thank you all very much from the bottom of my heart.
