Erica is amazing. She’s so sweet and welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. She also went out of her way to check to see how everything was the next day. I have struggled with ingrowns but everything is perfectly smooth. The waxing itself was quick and painless. She’s a miracle worker. 10/10.
Erica was phenomenal! She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable, especially since it was my first time ever getting waxed. She kept a conversation going the entire time to help ease my nerves and constantly checked to make sure I was okay. Great experience, I will definitely be going back and recommending her to others!
