One October morning I accidentally splashed bleach in my left eye. I have never felt pain like that. After flushing my eye, I could no longer take the burning. I asked my wife to find an eye doctor who would take me right now. The first call she made was to Eye & Ear of the Palm Beaches. They said to come in right now we got you don't worry. As soon as we arrived my wife started to fill out some paperwork, however, I heard a voice say not to make him wait and directed them to put me in a room. My eyes were tightly closed so they guided me to a chair where the Doctor told me to put my head back he put a few drops in my eye & seconds later the pain was gone & I was looking directly into the eyes of my savor, Dr. Richard Cohen. I needed to go to the emergency room so he made the call himself to make sure they would be waiting for me and they already knew what was going on, which saved us so much time. The next day the good doctor Richard Cohen called my home to check up on me. I was not home because I was better. Thank you, Dr. Cohen.
Came in for a routine eye exam and appointment and the manager Sarah should be great customer service from the start All I know is I went it with some frumpy glasses and left feeling amazing and I look good they took the time and care to get what fit my face and listen to what I wanted to won't be changing locations for a while and the DR was very attentive Parking was easy Pricing was good
It took me awhile to find a vision provider that took my insurance , new to Florida . They were very professional and open during COVID which was a plus since my frames were in bad shape . They were busy but still had everyone socially distanced and masked . They had state of the art equipment and a good optometrist . The gentleman that helped me pick out my glasses and did the measuring also was great . Go here .
