It’s very frustrating when you take off work in the morning, make one of the first appts (9am) for your son and are right on time, yet are waiting over an hour to be seen. Anyone bringing a child to a doctor understands how inconvenient this is. Staff up front are passive. No consideration for time by anyone. We weren’t brought back until after 10am, only to wait another 20 mins to see the dr, THEN have his eyes dilated. If looking for an eye doctor in the area, searching for another office may be a better option unless you’d like to kill over 2 hours waiting in a doctors office.

I went here twice. I got a bill for a co payment of $10. I called how is this possible my co payment is $15 it said I paid only $5. How is that possible. Well I had to pay them.another $5. I specifically remember I gave cash girl went to get change. Handed me $5 back from my $20. They claim not that I paid $5. So I'm a thief? I'll never go back there again. And the dr I saw wasn't that great. Let's just say young & inexperienced.

I have to give five stars because the doctor here came extremely highly recommended from another top clinic who were unable to do my surgery due to their insurance parameters. However I was disappointed that the cost of their surgery was approximately $2500 more than other doctors. That could be because they are better at what they do. I am paying out of pocket and so going to find a different doctor, However I really wish that their prices were lower because I thought the doctor seemed very good, great bedside manner, they just were definitely tuned in to me and what I needed and I really liked them...but moving on.
