I had a 50-minute Reiki massage with Anne-Marie at Chakra Challenge and it was such a great experience.
She made me feel comfortable right away, and the session was deeply relaxing and grounding.
Highly recommend her if you need to reset and unwind.
I took Tai Chi with Viviana. Viviana was a fantastic instructor. The class was easy to follow, and totally enjoyable. She knew just how to modify things for sitting vs standing. It was challenging but not strenuous, very relaxing. Highly recommended!
