Call started off ok. But slowly turned rude. I am a person who does know much about ac units, so I naturally had some questions. Apparently, the owner Bob did not like having to answer questions and made me feel bad for taking up his time. I like supporting local businesses, but this guy has no business talking to the public, he is in desperate need of a customer service agent. Sorry but I don't see you lasing in business much longer.

Best AC service company around! Always a great, friendly staff who provides quick and effective service. The owner, Bob is a real gem. Highly recommend!!
