As always Astro Air and especially Darin provide thorough service and maintenance on my Carrier Infinity system. 20 years as a happy customer. Thank you Joe, Mike, Hilary & Darin.
everything was great. The service was great. The lady at the office went out of her way to get me in before I had to leave town. The only thing I was disappointed in is that they charge $135 for a service fee and they don’t apply it to the service.. Which I find most companies do. If you don’t get the service and they have to come out then they keep the money but they keep it anyways even if you get the service. other than that, it’s a great company
My experience exceeded my expectations! Their office manager was prompt, professional and explained everything clearly. Their tech was professional, polite, and corrected this and future situations! Could not be more satisfied!
