Had a Whirpool washing machine that was working. Joe who was the Service Tech reported that Whirlpool washing machine Control board had failed. He informed me that the part that was need was on back order for quite some time. Joe was courteous and honest. He did not charge me for the service call. I ordered a new GE washing machine from Appliance King and it will be delivered and installed tomorrow. I am so pleased and would without hesitation recommend them. Joe thank you and Appliance King

He assessed the problem which was a torn gasket that needed replacement.the price of the gasket seemed high, but I know I have an excellent dishwasher and I’m sure to replace it new would be a lot more expensive

Appliance King of America was just wonderful. Not only did they come the same day I called 1/2/26 but within the time frame they stated. My refrigerator/freezer died on New Years Eve. Wentzy was my technician. He was so kind and very helpful. I had mentioned that we had a 2 minute power outage on New Years Eve. He said he had just come from another customer that also had the outage. That man’s refrigerator came back on after turning off and on the circuit breaker. Mine was similar. I did need a part but my 23 year old refrigerator/freezer was up and running. I am so pleased with their honesty and workmanship. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.... read full review
