I had a new mailbox lock installed in my condo neighborhood mailbox in January 2023 cost me $117 The key was always tough to turn from day one, but I persevered. Now the key stopped turning all together. The tech came out to look at it and claims the post office replaced their lock so that affected my lock ?? Im supposed to have realized this and known I have to push on the door itself then the key will work. ? I was billed another 65 and was told it was because of user error ?? I was opening a lock not reformatting a computer. Then I called to complain the tech yelled at me hung up on me and told me to call the office. I did that the call went through through 3 times... read full review

1 Star NOT an ALLstar. Not a true lockSMITH, more like a Locktender. They can copy keys, pick a lock, sell a lock, and install a lock. BUT, if you need a key made using manufacturers key code or using the cylinder wafers, they don’t do that. Went to C.K.’s, was in and out in less than 10 minutes
