    We had a great dinner at SottoTerra! The amuse-bouche was wonderful. We shared the calamari, my husband had the short rib bolognese, and I had the salsiccia fusilli. It was all good and we were happy with our meal and the service was phenomenal!

    My wife and I were blown away by every aspect of ST. The chicken parm was the best of my life; perfectly crispy and beautifully flavorful with a great combination of cheeses. My wife ordered the scallop risotto dish which was perfectly executed, the sear on the scallops couldn’t get any better and the risotto was a creamy, savory delight. There was a guanchale pasta on the list of specials that is a must try if available. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, very nicely decorated. Can’t go without mentioning the service, from our waitress to the floor manager, our interactions were pleasant and fun. Highly recommend!     Held a client dinner at Sotriterra. Service was excellent. Manager was very attentive and helpful. Food was mostly very good. Lobster carbonara was not too creamy and had decent amount of lobster. Filet steak was excellent. "Airline" chicken was reportedly very good too. Wine list fairly priced. The signature 1 lb meatball was only ok. But overall a very good experience.
