This place is pretty much the polar opposite of what it used to be when Dr Gregory owned and operated it. If you haven't been there in a while, prepare to be surprised with what you'll find.

My dog was ver sick and left messages and tried calling many times over a 2 hour time period. They never returned my call and never answered their phone. Ended up having to take my dog to the emergency vet and have her put down. I wouldn’t take a dead rat to this place to be treated.

No stars but needed to put 1 to start my review. Caution-Dr Gregory is gone. This place is now corporate and not warm and fuzzy. Doesn’t seem to care about our pets or peoples feelings. Had the worst experience on Monday with Dr Chris who has no bedside manner or medicines to euthanize our dear pet. The office wants to start an estimate without the vet even looking at your pet as soon as you walk in the door. We had to go somewhere else to put our Lady to rest.

Our senior cat developed kidney issues & we needed a nearby vet in this area. Dr. Gregory was absolutely wonderful & provided some solid, practical advice, along with effective treatment plans. He also has some great & compassionate staff. Thanks to him, Shiraz lived far longer than we had expected. We will be back as soon as we find a new one to love.
