Had my teeth cleaned today by Danielle and what an awesome experience, she was thorough, gentle quick and very nice, we laughed so much! This is the best dental experience I have had in years of going to the dentist. Thank you Danielle!

Our family just became new patients at Dr. Andisco’s office, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire experience! From the moment we walked in, the whole staff made me, my husband, and our daughter feel so welcome and comfortable. The office has such a relaxed, friendly vibe — you can tell right away that everyone truly cares about their patients.

Dr. Andisco is fantastic — knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly passionate about providing excellent dental care. The hygienists, Danielle and George, were both amazing with our whole family, taking time to explain everything and making sure we all felt at ease. It’s such a relief to find a dental office that combines genuine warmth with top-notch professionalism.

We’re so happy to have found our new family dentist — highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, expert, and welcoming dental team! 🦷💙

As everyone knows, nobody likes going to the dentist. But, my experience was actually enjoyable. Dr. Samanta Andisco fixed a chip in my tooth expertly and Danielle who did a periodontal scaling on me to perfection is absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Samanta Andisco is the most kind and gentle dentist I’ve ever encountered! After years of bad experiences with other local dentists, I was lucky enough to find her! My family and I are patients for life! She and her staff are amazing!

A Traumatic Dental Experience That Left Lasting Damage It has taken me years to write this review because the experience remains deeply traumatic and emotional. As someone who has undergone multiple surgeries, hospital stays, and has given birth three times, I can confidently say that the worst pain I have ever felt in my life came from the trigeminal neuralgia I developed after receiving dental work at SMILE Dental. The anesthesia used during my procedure did not work properly, and despite voicing my pain and concern, I was dismissed by the staff. I endured hours of extreme, unrelenting pain — both physically and neurologically. What I experienced during that procedure was not just dental trauma, but neurological trauma that changed my life for a long time afterward. In an attempt to find some resolution, I wrote a detailed letter to Dr. Samanta Andisco explaining what happened. When she called me to respond, I hoped to be heard and understood. Instead, I was met with hostility. She became irate and yelled at me over the phone. I don’t know if she feared legal repercussions or simply couldn’t tolerate criticism, but her reaction left me feeling fragmented, dismissed, and emotionally devastated. Thankfully, I eventually found a compassionate and skilled biological dentist who was able to help repair the physical damage. But the emotional and neurological healing took much longer. As a healthcare provider myself, I would never treat a patient the way I was treated. I share this now because it is cathartic — and because I want to caution others. Please be mindful and careful when choosing a dental provider. Your health and your voice matter. 0 stars

After being a patient of SMILE Dental for 5+ years, I can no longer support this business. I had an appointment for a Dental cleaning, and due to circumstances was late 30 minutes for the scheduled time. I called to notify them of this and request to reschedule, in which they insisted they would charge $75 for the missed appointment, and another $75 to reschedule, a total of $150 to be a patient for future appointments. With an already inflated medical system that favors payments to Doctor's for care, why should I be penalized for an honest mistake? Is the late fee really worth losing a longtime patient? Apparently so, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Let me tell you a horrible experience with these folks. I got implants from smile dental and the oral surgeon next door. This process took almost 2 years which is ridiculous! They even wanted me to just except my new teeth which was horrible but the guy at the lab in Naples said Roman I will fix it they way you want. These people for a second time are trying to charge me for a no show appointment that I know I cancelled ahead of time. With that said and my girlfriend as a witness they have cancelled numerous times on me and I know twice I was sitting in the parking lot. Do you see me billing them. I would advise finding someone else. I also thing they just want rid of me because they know they and the oral surgeon I am not very happy with. I did go see doctor Reed who said he could have done a better job then the other. I spend over 30,000 dollars and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. They are so desperate for 75.00 dollars because I guess they need it more than I do with all the people standing around. I am sure this statement will affect my warranty now.

Update on this as you can see the dentist posted she wants to make it right but won’t call me back. I have left numerous messages and I am seeing a new dentist.
They also said as long as I had my cleaning on schedule that my 5 year warranty would be good as long as I sent them a statement from new dentist I had it cleaned. Now after talking to new dentist they told me they talked to them and said I had no warranty. See what did I tell you all they would do. Wow can you believe all this is over 75.00 which show they are hungry and will lose a customer over it. How many times doctor did you cancel on me. You even had me in a chair and made me reschedule but I can’t bill you the numerous times you cancelled.

Worst dentist I have ever dealt with all they want to do is up charge you and not tell you until you receive a bill for fluoride cleaning you never ask for, had 2 crowns done the 3rd crown I was charged extra for and I requested to see a print out but was told by Irma it was mailed to me well I told her I never received it in the mail, my ins company paid the office for services rendered and I end up paying my balance of $125 after they called 911 on me just because I wanted to see a print out
Well finally my ins request there refund and I got a partial refund after having to fight for it
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFIC Dr Andisco very rude all she wants is more upgrades
Irma very rude no response to your calls or emails she needs to be fired and bring back Michelle, I now go to another dentist my gf & her daughter got over charged with the fluoride treatment they never ask to apply they just do it
This office is a total nightmare DO NOT GO HERE, read the reviews they all say the same thing over charge over charge over charge
