Sheila is unbelievable! I get monthly deep tissue massages at home, but Sheila not only gives a great massage, but incorporates stretching in your legs and arms. She also realized I had neck and shoulder issues and did a simple stretch to relieve the pain. My neck and shoulders haven’t felt this good in years.

I’ve been getting massages regularly for the past 40 years, locally in the Naples area, and globally when we travel. Sheila is definitely one of the best massage therapists ever and I’m very happy I found her. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

It is very effective because it is complimentary to what Dr Emily is doing. Sheila is very thorough and spends alot of time and energy on the treatment. It is deep tissue or therapeutic.
