It required a completely new peaked roof structure with new struts and plywood sheathing. l agreed to a modest up-charge, which l am sure didn't cover the additional cost. Further, there was a problem with an AC duct after the job was finished, which they cut a hole in the roof they had just completed to fix. The owner himself was on the roof on a Saturday supervising the work, which was completed successfully. We recently just had Rams finish doing a reroof for us. It took a while for the tiles to arrive from the manufacturer, but once they arrived Jose’s team worked quickly and efficiently at installing the new tiles. His team were courteous and respectful and extremely hard working. Their pricing was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend Ram’s Roofing if you’re thinking of having your tile roof replaced! Job well done! Thank you Jose and team.

My roof, deck and railings have been transformed, I have confidence that I will not have problems in the coming years, The work was completed within two days, his staff were courteous and diligent.
