Not as nice as it was in December definitely needs som equipment repaired or replaced and cleaned!
One of the toilets in the men’s room has been out of order in this club since I joined. They must not have any plumbers in Florida.I like to use the massage chairs. One is broken, two of the three Hydro massage chairs cut out right where my back hurts most, so that leaves only one Hydro massage that works properly.And I have been in there more than once in the early a.m. hours and it’s very hard to track down anyone to get help. The front desk is usually left vacant for extended periods of time. Love this planet fitness the equipment is prestige, the staff are friendly and keep the place really clean, the black card membership includes the recovery massage and hydromassage which are an essential part of my fitness routine to keep my body healthy and me training hard. Shout out to Aden, Malvyn, & John for the great customer service, appreciate you.
