Tammy is AMAZING & knows her craft ? my hubby & I are weight lifters and needed something to aleviate our tightness that chiropractors couldn't do.... we do private duet sessions and what physical therapy couldn't do PILATES could... I'm over the moon impressed and so grateful we found this studio. ❣️

As a visitor to the area, and a Pilates instructor, this studio is a gem in the area. A great combo of a relaxed atmosphere and experienced instruction. I am looking forward to returning when I am in the area again!

I cannot say enough good things about Pilates Plus. Tammy and Traci are just AMAZING. It’s family owned and I just absolutely love the feeling you get here versus other big Pilates studios. I leave these classes feeling stronger and better about myself and what I’m capable of! We use a lot of equipment that I wasn’t used to using at franchised Pilates studios. I just love the classes here. I’m moving next month but it’s a non negotiable that I’ll be driving the 30 min here at least once a week to take a class! <3
