wanted to edit my review.. although i do believe the price for removing my nails for just popping them off with a nail tip was ridiculous and then also charging me for grinding off my previous toe color ( have never been charged for either of those things at other places before unless its a soak off which i would expect to be charged for a soak off but that was not the case)
i do love my nails and the finished product of my nails and toes.. i just think these little fees and add ons caught me off gaurd cause they were never told to me. also i was never told it was $5 a finger for design.. although i love my nails $35 is a little steep for a french on three fingers and blooming flowers on 2

I have been coming to this nail salon for 5 years and have always been very satisfied with the service I have received. The people who work there are very helpful and do a great with all the services they provide!! I highly recommend this salon!

Decided to treat myself and get a manicure and the polish went on super thin watered down ,by midday The next day polish was already worn off the tips and working down the top of my nail. He did not clean up My cuticles went back in two days later, asked them to fix it. They were just going to put the same water down polish over the top of what I already had told me it would be considered a polish change if they took this polish off and started over and they would charge me. The girl i was super snotty and hateful told me I left that way and they did not guarantee their polishes. I can completely understand why because owning A salon and spa myself for 40 years it was obvious to me that this was watered down polish. I used the same brand in my salon, and it was never that thin OPI They stated they would never return money and they did not guarantee their polishes which they should make clear before you even get polish, but they did not, and tried to push me toward getting gel nails, which I definitely did not want. Poor customer service they would’ve been much better off to fix my nails as I told them I would write this review if they were going to stick with their lack of good customer service they said go ahead so here it is I told the guy doing my manicure. I wanted them the same shape. They were just a little shorter and he completely changed the shape and I basically have no nails left when he was done.
