Excellent care, seen right away, clean facility and very impressed with caregivers. Dr. Oxana Douglas listened, was compassionate and gave me a very thorough exam. I never felt rushed and she even asked if I had any questions after she explained my diagnosis and care. Nurse Natalia Koszalka was kind and thorough. 2 days later and I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend this Immediate Care facility.
My husband went to the one on Bonita Crossings with a chemical burn on his fingers. He was cared for by Daniele Byers. She took great care of his wounds, told him exactly what to do at home to take care of the wounded areas. We are tremendously thankful for her knowledge and expertise.
