False Advertising AND Poor Customer Service. What we ordered (from ordering page on website) versus what was delivered. Not even close! No attempt was made to deliver on the day we wanted. When I called to find out if they had been delivered as scheduled, I was told I would get a call back after checking with the delivery driver but no one called back. We were charged $30 for a delivery that did not happen as scheduled and then see photos of the disappointing arrangement that was delivered.

I requested an athletic sneaker and soccer ball for my high school track and soccer coach. She was determined to deliver and put so much compassion and creativity into the entire experience. She was quick to get back to me and delivered! Every one loved the arrangement and it made it more special for the family, with little touches like Coach on top. And laces on the shoes. They truly out did themselves! Thank you Madalein. I would definitely use her again for any event.

Ordering a Mother's Day bouq a few days before the weekend is always risky, but Madelaine's came through for me! Delivered a huge beautiful arrangement a day ahead of time. Very pleased with the result and my mom was thrilled as well. She's had a really tough year and I was glad to put a smile on her face.

The best customer service! There was a delivery mix up with my order and the owner immediately rectified it and delivered it herself. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend!
