Life Home Health has provided excellent care-givers in our home for two years. These skilled individuals have been a delight! The agency uses a team approach so that when two or more professionals are caring for the same client (in this case, my mother-in-law, age 100), each is aware of the details and needs of that client and what other caregivers have been doing. This provides excellent continuity.The care-givers have arrived on time, are pleasant, have a professional demeanor, and have provided compassionate care. The team of life Home Health ,is an extraordinary team to be on, there is an atmosphere for open dialogue and genuine concern ,and safety for all team members and clients.Care givers are carefully matched with each client, and the Nursing staff is constantly monitoring the clients to ensure their medical needs are met ,and they are experiencing Joy.
I have worked for several agencies in my home health career and Life is hands down the best! They truly care about the well being of their staff, caregivers and clients. We promote a positive proactive approach in assisting our clients and pride ourselves in creating moments of joy each and every day. Bethanie and Nicole are RNs and they go above and beyond with each client. Kelly who started LHH with Bethanie is a one of a kind visionary. I'm honored to be on the team.
