Overall, Esporta Fitness is a beautiful and well-maintained club with a supportive and attentive staff.
I would give it five stars to Esporta at Bonita Springs, but they don't have enough classes and sometimes the instructors cancel at the last minute without previous notice. Other than that, This LA Fitness called Esporta is flawless. It is extremely clean, the staff is really nice and the manager always welcome you when you enter in the morning. Orlando and Cristina are super hard working people and keep the gym super clean. Any concern you ever have, the three of them will go on and beyond to help you and solve the issue.
Courtney the Club Manager is very competent and I am thankful for her at this club, she does a great job. The club is beautiful, it is clean and nice. I appreciate Courtney and the team here and this club. Thank you.
Courtney, the General Manager, is always extremely helpful and courteous. She exemplifies my two favorite characteristics when I look for good service...personable and professional. She renewed my Silver Sneaker membership with no hassles and expedited what I needed for easy check-in. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and helpful, doing the best they can with the demands of keeping everything clean in the locker room and pool area where I frequently spend my workout time. I have found all the staff to be very attentive, greeting me with smiles and friendly encouraging comments.
