This owner, Anthony Vilchez is a fraud and a cheat. Do not use him. He stole $20K from me as a down payment for Hurricane Ian repairs and never did the work. I have 2 judgements against him in Collier County. Call me for details Joanne O., 941 456 9008. One star is too many.
I have always tried to support local businesses. Always was rewarded with good results and fair prices, until I hired IPA construction, owned by Anthony. I paid in advance for a small project. He only did half the job. He does not return calls or show up for scheduled appointments. Very poor and disappointing.
