BEWARE!! Awful experience with this Groomer. My poor dog left bleeding profusely and the owner was most concerned with cleaning her floor! Disheartening!! She certainly doesn't "love dogs"!!!!!

Since our prior groomer unfortunately had to close, and this groomer is relatively close to our home, I have been trying (for three days) to make an appointment for our two pups. Unfortunately, they have yet to answer the phone. However, after hanging up, you soon receive a text message from them. I tried again this morning to call them. This time, an answering machine finally answered the call. Unfortunately, the outgoing message is in Spanish- only. This is uncouth for a business in the United States. More importantly, I would be very uncomfortable leaving my pups in the care of a business that never answers their phone. Thankfully, I found another local groomer that does.

Update: Apparently, this business does pay attention to reviews, since there is a reply. However, my review stands as is, as I was not confused - merely relaying my experience. To their credit, I just attempted to call again (the same number- as before, taken from Google Maps when pressing “call”), and while they still failed to answer, at least the message has been changed to English. That’s a start.

Very much disappointed by this business, we were customers for a year or so, everything was always amazing and never had issues until one of the groomers left and they change of staff. The new groomer shaved my Siberian husky on her belly and tail it was so bad that she developed a skin infection, besides being shaved, she also cut her on her back legs. I reached out to the owner and her response was “I’m very sorry she made a mistake she is new” I sent pictures, text messages following up on this and no answer. My vet bills were never covered by them and on top of everything they never refunded me for a service that was not what we specified. Our dog was going for more than a year so this shouldn’t never happen. If you have a husky do not take your dog in, they will shave them and won’t do right by you.

Answering to her reply: after our call I texted you saying the medication and vet bill were about the same as the cost of grooming + tip and I asked for the refund, I’m sorry but our schedules are busy and what assessment can you or your team make of the dogs rash without the vet consent? You never replied back and this was in March 8th at 2:42pm.

Very professional, compassionate and caring. Did a wonderful job of grooming my shihtzus who hadn't had a professional grooming in over a year due to health issues. They were very willing to be patient and kind to me and reassuring. Highly recommend. Darci, Carlos and Beatrice are top notch groomers!!!

We always have a great groom at I love dogs. Peach comes home happy and the groomer over communicates so I am aware what to expect with my doodle!
