I had a massage booked for a week and got 10 messages for me to confirm the massage was still on for Saturday at 4 o’clock Saturday comes and I was supposed to work till early afternoon but finished up early what I was doing and I called and left a message for Doug that if he wanted to move the appointment up so he could have the rest of the day to himself that’s fine with me. I got a message back that he’s canceled my appointment. I called and asked why and he said something else came out. I can’t see you today not good man. I heard good things about you but you handle business like this that’s horrible.
