You be the judge. What i ordered is. What was delivered. Ridiculously specifically ordered these for the purple flowers (my mother's favorite color) on top. Not the right colors. Skimped on quantity of flowers. Not put together well or trimmed (rose leaves). For $150 all on this is crazy.

If I could give this florist 10 stars, I definitely would! Sandy was amazing from our 1st communication a month before our beach wedding all the way up until our wedding day! Our flowers were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! I even contacted Sandy 2 days before our wedding asking for more flowers in vases for our reception tables. She said that was no problem at all & came through with flying colors! Sandy did a WONDERFUL job w/the bouquets, boutonnieres & vases. My husband & I thank you a million times for making our wedding day so special with your awesome flowers.

My sister and her bf sent my husband and I flowers for our wedding anniversary. The arrangement is beautiful and is still fully blooming after a few days. The gentleman that delivered the flowers was such a sweetheart. Thank you for making our day extra special!

I needed bouquets of flowers for my mother and wife and sandy took great care of me and the delivery was painless too! Excellent service and really nice people

Order purchased by my employer to show support due to the passing of my mother-in-law.
The order got delivered around 4pm Tuesday and flowers were already dying, petals falling off and the arrangement appeared to have been dropped or knocked over during delivery.
I called Wednesday morning and shared my experience and the woman answering stated that the order was not costly enough to warrant sending her driver back out with something to replace it. I could drive there and pick something else up.
I explained this wasn’t acceptable and she said she could give me a credit for something in the future. Still unacceptable.
Very rudely she stated these were the only two options she was going to provide.
My employer paid for a product and a service that this company failed to provide. They should be embarrassed they sent this arrangement out to anyone, let alone expect me to drive to them and pick up a replacement! They provided horrible product and it should have never went out the door. It should have gone in the trash.
Would not recommend! A negative rating is more accurate and suitable.

We popped in for a thank you centerpiece and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We picked out exactly what we were hoping for in record time. Highly recommend!!!

I’m not from the area and I found FSF, Inc. on the net since it was nearby a local funeral home and I needed to send flowers for a colleague who lost a family member. They were compassionate, caring and very helpful to get an appropriate arrangement sent in a timely manner. I’d recommend Flower Spot for anyone needing a nice setup for an event, occasion or just to say you care.

Gift bouquet arrived Friday afternoon dead by Monday.Absolutely worst arrangement I’ve ever received.I’m a retired floral designer so I know fresh compared to old blooms & design rules. This was so lopsided, no symmetry or placement in an ugly glass jar. I have dated photos.This store should not be open.Stay away, go elsewhere!!

Go elsewhere. Arrangement lasted 4 days, dead. Not fresh blooms when they arrived. Brownish furls on roses, dark dried centers on Daiseys, petals limp. A very sad arrangement with no symmetry. I wrote a review, got a call from some woman who was snippy & really not willing to listen.I tried sending her time stamped photos but they were returned undelivered.Save your money, go elsewhere.

An incredible flower shop! Extremely accommodating, understanding, and hardworking. They are quick to respond to any calls left on their answering machine. I was called back as soon as they opened. I appreciate all of the help and the beautiful flowers you were able to deliver. Shout to Kimberly, she was incredible and helpful!
