From help us design it and picking out tile they should have 10*** David the owner very involved from things go smoothly! The install was excellent. I first learned of Floors & More of SWFL/Lisi Contracting from local friends that had used them on several projects at Pelican Sound and raved about their remodeling work. We needed to have our beach condo rebuilt on Fort Myers Beach after a total loss and decided to check them out. We looked at their work and met with them. We were impressed with the fact that not only do they have an excellent reputation (for over 30 years in business), they can provide a turnkey service as a materials distributor and in design and installation. Our unit was completely gutted to the studs and needed to be built back after rough in and drywall. We needed a contract to provide a new remodeled interior including floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom with tiled shower enclosures, vanities, doors, trim, closets, light fixtures, general carpentry, custom five panel bypass door/closet, etc. We visited them in their showroom and looked at floor tile, countertops, backsplashes, cabinets, and all options. We eventually made our selections and they provides an estimate for materials and labor with payment schedule. We loved the many options they had for floor tile, countertops and cabinets. Once they started, the project was done in 4-5 weeks!! We could not be more pleased with the company and their people. Many thanks to David, Marie, Tabitha, and Carrie for an excellent job. It is a rarity to have a success story like this especially in these challenging times after the amount of hurricane damage in the area considering how much work is going on and scarcity of materials and available labor. The pricing was reasonable and very fair. I highly recommend using this company.

Shows up early and works as late as you let them. Not like other contractors that start packing up at 2:30 pm. Neat, efficient and beautiful work. Ten stars! My kitchen tile looks fabulous. I'd hire them for any kitchen, floor or bathroom remodel.

I hired Floors & More (Lisi Contracting) over the summer to install Tesoro Engineered Hardwood in my new build home. I personally felt that the entire process was nothing short of a nightmare. The installer called me approximately 3 days into the job to inform me he was quitting. I was then assigned a new crew a couple days later. To not go into too much detail, the end result was disappointing to say the least. The floors are covered in a hazy finish, with spotting throughout. Glue is visible between planks in several areas. Some of the planks have damaged/jagged edges. The installer was not neat or careful during the installation process and got dirt all of my brand new walls. Floors & More painted over the marks but by then, the walls were covered in dust. I do not recommend Floors & More and can provide further information about my experience if contacted directly.

Floors and More of SWFL did a terrific job of helping me understand what my options were in replacing my outdated flooring. Allen and the team there spent time educating me and was patient in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I came up with. Our ultimate choice in hardwood flooring was the one he had initially proposed...he had my number! The install process happened while we were out of town which was nice. The team felt trustworthy and we are loving the floors. We will be going back to these folks for other home improvement jobs we plan to do. You should too!

Dave and Maria are the best! I had a hot water tank break and all my floors were ruined. Not only did Dave and Maria do a wonderful job but they went above a beyond to get it done quickly. I highly recommend them!
