Here’s a shout out for Heather Richards, the best trainer t!!hat I have ever had! She does the most thorough full body work out, even tending to the often skipped, small muscles. My masseuse of many years even complimented her by pointing out how much stronger my body has become and that at 76 I have the back of someone 45! Gotta love it 💕
