A straightforward project of installing 6 outdoor sconces on my garages became problematic when’s short materialized. The technician, Patrick, never got frustrated and continued to move forward to systematically check each of the six connections. His positive attitude and dedication to resolving the issue was rewarded with success.
In my opinion, the technician exemplifies the training provided by his superiors. Truly this is an example of how a company abides by the motto of “good customer service “.
