The staff is so nice & understanding. I felt really welcomed & no judgement, Felipe & Jessica were so supportive thru the process & I was able to get the help I need to get my teeth back to health condition. The doctor was very informative & guided me thru the process she was very nice. Overall wonderful experience specially since I’m terrified to go to the dentist

What an incredible experience we have had at our first visit to Aspen Dentist. We are here visiting from the UK and my mother in laws denture cracked, I searched for a same day repair near me and luckily for us Aspen Dental came up. From the first phone call the staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. We had an appointment at 8am where they first did a very comprehensive check including X-rays for $29. Brooke and Dr Betzios took great care of my mother in law with their happy, sunny personalities. Professional, friendly, patient focused. My only issue was with conflicting answers to the same question by multiply dental personnel. Such as how long to wait before eating, timing before next procedure, and a few other questions regarding an extraction, bone graft, and implant. Maybe a result of traveling oral surgeon and his staff’s feedback vs Aspen dental staff and their trying to help but maybe not as qualified based on outside procedure. This was somewhat concerning. Also always seem to be training someone new at Aspen. Feels like higher turnover of dental staff. So far procedure going well but two more key appointments.
