The truly do care in ALL ways. With other companies I have felt like my mom is a bottom dollar to them, a way to get a paycheck. But with All Ways Caring from the moment I called in, and Marissa took her time to answer my questions thoroughly and kindly, I knew this was the place I wanted to get my mom started on her homecare. The compassion and heart this team puts into their everyday is unmatched.

Felt like NO WAYS CARING - sounds good in theory, phone calls are blasting when you show interest. Once you’re actually scheduled; you won’t matter. An inconvenience to her I felt from her initial phone call to schedule me for intake. Intake day rolls around, she doesn’t even have the professional courtesy to let me know that she’s running extremely late not even a little bit extremely late & the excuse she provided was also for extremely selfish reasons on her part.

I had the worst experience with trying to work for this company. One moment they want to hire me, sent me an offer letter and everything. The next day, they have changed their minds. I do not recommend working with them and thankful I did not if they treat their employees as such.

I cannot speak highly enough about the services they provided my mother. I felt at peace living so far away that my mother was receiving such wonderful care. Shanon, the branch manager always maintained communication and addressed any needs even after hours. When calling the office, Joe was always so professional and a true delight to deal with. I worked as a RN during covid, an aide was sent to care for my client, she was coughing and had no PPE, I complained and was fired! Horrible place to work!

Like I’m every work place friendship/relationship do not work that’s the only problem here when you have higher ups stepping on other toes because of friendship that they want to keep with others it’s very unprofessional, don’t get me wrong it’s a GREAT place to work but that’s the one thing that bothers me ??
