I found Above and Beyond to be reasonably priced after calling around for estimates on roof cleaning. Their staff was friendly, helpful and had very good communication. It was scheduled within 10 days and the two men that showed were very courteous. They gave a brief inspection of the roof, took photos and took care to make sure the chemicals were rinsed off the shrubbery. They even did a followup visit due to some mold not fully flowing out from under my solar panels until the next day. My roof now looks fantastic. I will use them again in the future.
One year later(May 2026) I had them return to now powerwash, sand and seal my driveway and front walk. Julio and Alma took their time and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. The cost estimate was substantially less as well so I came away feeling I really got my monies worth for quality workmanship.

Quoted 300 to replace two screens that I sent pictures of. Then when they got here they said it would be another $200 for the second one. Office and the owner have reached out to me. All issues are to my full satisfaction. Just some misunderstanding on our part. Thanks for following up.
