I have been going to Visual Eyes for many years. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and very little wait time for appointments. Yesterday I went in to try on and off for the first time my contact lenses. Cristina was very helpful and took here time to make sure I could put them on and off. I walked into Visual Eyes this evening and had such a great experience. I was only looking for a cleaning solution and cloth, which to be honest is kind of uncomfortable when the store is filled with all of these beautiful frames and very busy. I was hesitant to interrupt and intimidated to ask for fear of being dismissed. However, Rebecca seemed to sense that, cheerfully coming over and offering to help. She cleaned my glasses better than ever and gave me a cloth and spray. I apologized for the dirtiness of the lenses because I was waiting for my appointment to purchase new frames. I needed a favor as the nose pads on two separate pairs of sunglasses had fallen off. Although I hadn't purchased either pair of sunglasses at Visual Eyes of Boca (and had never been to their store), I walked in and spoke with Rebecca and Trish who were working that morning. They shared with me that Visual Eyes of Boca didn't carry the brands of glasses for which I needed repair, but said with confidence, "we'll make it work". After some persistent trial and error with various nose pads, they did "make it work"... and at no charge! Wow, great customer service... I now have a new "go-to optometrist" store in Boca!
