Samuel was very nice and helpful they were trying to get everything that I needed and things I didn't even know about were offered and how I can get help for it my experience was very well I enjoyed going it gave me some comfort to know that I could get the help that I needed thank you

VFW Post 10556 is currently open and holding monthly meetings. I joined this post last year and I've met several nice vets from all branches of service. This VFW does not have a bar or restaurant because it's located in a City park. There is a memorial park adjacent to the post for Memorial Day & Veterans Day events. Thinking of joining the VFW, stop by on a Tuesday and talk with one of the officers on duty.

Attended a Vietnam Veterans BBQ last Saturday at the VFW Post 10556 on Palmetto Park, just east of SR441 and met a lot of lovely people! Enjoyed a lovely conversation with PBC Commissioner Mary Lou Berger, ate wonderful food, listened to relaxing live music under the shade and in the breeze, and enjoyed a lively door prize drawing ("pull a white ticket!"). My friend won a mantle clock hand-made by Frank, one of the Veterans. Great location!
