I go here because its close and used to have same day service if you dropped early in the morning, even the next day was usually after 3pm, now they have nothing but next day after 6pm which is a horribly inconvenient time. Service has gone downhill steadily in the last year. They never look at notes as to what you request; i.e., pants hung long rather than folded over a hanger getting a crease across the leg, light starch etc., and any now they RARELY get out any stain, and I’m talking coffee & makeup on the collar. We love going to this location! My wife recently brought in over 30 pieces of clothing, and everything was completed in a timely manner. It was a smooth process and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!
Thank you Shanika, manager, who assisted me today when I had an issue with my order. She gave me a $10 coupon to apply to my order of 46 shirts!!!! Big order and I’m so grateful for her helping me out to avoid my order getting lost after being assigned to the wrong person.
