The Exercise Coach (Boca Raton) location is well-equipped and clean. The coaches are friendly and professional and answer all of my questions (I have a lot). The machines are unique in strength training and for the first time in my life, I look forward to going to my sessions. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach.
I joined Exercise Coach and I vote twice a week. They are all so nice. The trainers are very detailed and watch every move you make So that you Do it correctly and you see a difference and you feel it. Just wish it was a little closer to where I live., Otherwise, it is one of the Best gymsI’ve ever been to. Easy to schedule appointments and no hassle to change. Highly recommend
Very efficient work out. Quick and challenging. Staff is amazing!! Raina, Alexis and Rochelle are all very encouraging, professional and knowledgeable. They work with you if there is any obstacles that occurred along the way with each individual. Scheduling is also very easy. I am a fan of The Exercise Coach
