I called thanks a lock yesterday as I liked the name on Google. My safe had been jammed closed for months and I couldn’t find the override key and the man on the phone was kind enough to give me a tip on how to open the safe and it worked and saved me a service call so I think they are fabulous and I wanted to give them a shout out.

I have used Thanks-A-Lock twice in the past ten years. Both times they answer the phone promptly and had someone to me in less than 30 minutes. Shaun was polite and efficient and a lifesaver.
