In particular Blair always provided terrific customer service, and quick response whenever any questions came up Our experience with their installer, Renato Goncalves, was wonderful. Renato is also extremely customer service oriented and his work was impeccable…. he was great about ensuring the space was kept clean with no mess left behind. Highly recommend

I recommend this company heartily. First, I was pleasantly surprised of getting the shade before the time expected. Then, the materials are of such high quality. The whole team was superb… nice, calm, polite, helpful, tidy, clean, considerate and answering all my questions. I was also impressed with their work ethics and respectful teamwork and a perfect finished job. I was not let down. The visibility through the solar shade on my balcony is without any distortions even looking through both the screen door and the shade! Absolutely perfect beyond my expectations. The absolute best! The scope of work got more complicated with additional requests from me, and they addressed all concerns and issues. Now I have the perfect blinds, exactly as I wanted, and 100% blackout, 100% recommend!!!
