Liz gets 0 stars. I was returning a gift my husband purchased online, and because he didn’t check out with a Sephora account, she gave me unnecessary attitude. She passed me off to the manager, Robbie, who was professional and friendly.
Linzy was so helpful today. I ran in with a list of things my fiance ran out of and had no idea where to start. She helped me grab everything I needed and was so nice about me not knowing much about the products. Very kind, helpful, and efficient employee. For what I thought was going to be an hour long endeavor, ended up being a literal 5 minute shop. I went from stressed to relaxed as soon as I walked in and got help from Linzy.
Forgive me If I misspell a staff’s name incorrectly—but the staff member Lesley had been of great assistance there. I had difficulty finding a good dark eye concealer color and she found it in minutes. I’m not too knowledgable regarding it—and yet she took the time to teach me proper application. She was of great help.
