screen builders did a decent job installing the new screening on my porch but pulled a bait and switch on the screen door replacement that was agreed upon. when the job was assessed and contract signed it was clearly understood that the entire screen door would be replaced. jim even advised me to clean the rest of the old screen beams so everything would match the new white door they were supposed to install. when the work was done, they only replaced the handle and hinge on my old screen door. this is not what was discussed at all. when i called jim to explain what had happened he told me they don't usually install screen doors and if i wanted that it would be an extra...read full review

Do not use!! Screen enclosure purchased 7 years ago and already pitting and rusting. Called for repair and encountered Eric who was rude, refused to answer my questions and refused to allow me to speak to manager.

Approved bid and spec. I drafted a contract and owner refused to sign because of payment terms. He wanted 50% up front,40% upon delivery of materials and balance after install. Sounded like trouble. I decided to pass. They were inflexible. Never heard of these crazy terms.
