I want to thank Dr. Riccio. My experience from the beginning with all your staff, Diana, you are great. Without any interest they guided me even though for now I will not be your patient, in the near future you will be my first option. Please do not lose that human quality, thanks to you I once again believe that there are still doctors who love their profession without only thinking about money. Dr. Pozner is an incredible surgeon. I am very, very happy with my results. From the front desk, MAs, even paying for the procedures with Lisa was an amazing experience. They really care about their patients. I had a procedure under general anesthesia and local a few days ago. For both, the OR staff (and everyone in the office!) made me feel safe and walked me through everything. My experience with Dr. Kushner's anesthesia was excellent as well, I was not nauseous at all after either procedure. What other surgeons told me was not possible, Dr. Pozner made it happen.
