After some technical phone problems, the OWNER called me—what a professsional (hu)man being! Really. He sent a senior tech, Mike to me the next day. Mister Mike, who was communicative and very courteous, let me know what’s wrong in about 10 minutes. Like any other random machine, be it BMW or LG, it’s a technical part issue under warrantee.
