Ortho Florida is a practice with fantastic and impressive doctors, including a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon. The doctors are professional, gentle, knowledgeable, great listeners, and patient. They take time to explain and answer questions without rushing. Diagnoses and treatments for issues like carpal tunnel and tendonitis are handled with high quality service, including cortisone injections and surgery when needed, performed flawlessly for a complete and fast recovery. The Physician Assistant is very detailed oriented, provides complete follow-up exams, fully explains exercises, and answers all questions. The staff and technicians are very helpful, considerate, and great, answering phones promptly. The practice provides noteworthy care and patients highly recommend it without hesitation, stating you will not be disappointed.
I strongly recommend Dr. Luskin as a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon. Dr. Luskin diagnosed that I needed Carpal Tunnel surgery on both wrists. He was amazing and did the operations flawlessly and my recovery was complete and very fast. The numbness in my fingers and loss of muscle tone in my thumb has begun to regenerate and my hands feel better then they have been in years. My hands no longer "go to sleep" when I am riding my bike. Tam Tran is the Physician Assistant who took care of all of the follow-up appointments. She is VERY DETAILED ORIENTED and answered all of my questions and fully explained the exercises that were required for a complete recovery. She showed pictures of the inside of my wrist from the operation. She took her time and did a very complete follow-up exam each time. You will not be disappointed with the professionalism and high quality of service that you will receive from Dr. Luskin and Tam Tran PA.
Drs. Stucken and LaVelle are just fantastic. I've Been coming here for 4 years and the staff and technicians are very helpful and considerate. I trust the doctors and staff here to do a professional and noteworthy job for their patients.
Pros: Facility is clean and doctor was professional.Cons: Received a bill that I attempted to contact multiple times for two months without anyone ever getting in contact with me. I was charged $100 (with insurance) for a drug test without being notified of all these charges. I spent over $300 just in copay plus another $200 in additional fees.I am not at all upset at the amount, I believe when it comes to health it is what it is and you have to pay, but to not have them explain prior and just tell me to get physical therapy that was even more expensive made my overall experience not worth it.
